As part of the Northampton Frost Fair, Festive Road's specially commissioned pedal-powered lion, led his band of mystical friends, Gwynhaff the Dragon, the White Witch and Father Christmas in the Narnia themed Christmas parade. Local children and members of the public joined Aslan and characters as the parade wound its way from the newly refurbished 'Old Savoy'down Abington Street and around the Market Square.
Festive Road also ran free making workshop in the Market Square, where children were able to craft their own Narnia inspired headdress to take home or wear during the parade.
Father Christmas then headed up a festive sing song on the market stage, whilst members of the public grabbed the chance for a selfie or two with the characters.
